Our really simple returns policy

SoleFeather has a really simple returns policy… if it’s faulty/damaged, not what you thought you ordered, doesn’t fit, or is not making you happy once you get it delivered… send it back within 14 days in the same condition as it arrived in and you will be refunded 100% of the product cost and the return postage costs (by normal mail). Faulty/damaged?

If anything is delivered in a faulty or damaged state, please contact me straight away on solefeather(at)hotmail.com. I may be able to arrange for repair or replacement, or if you’d prefer, I’m happy to provide a full refund once I receive the product back. In your email, please let me know if pick up is an option (as this will mean a faster repair or refund for you).  If you do have to return via post, so long as you send it back within 14 days of receiving it and in the same condition it arrived in, I’ll also refund you the cost of return postage (by normal mail).  If you’d prefer a ‘store credit’ with the payment cost and postage costs, that can also be arranged.

Wrong size?

As SoleFeather products are upcycled, often it’s not possible to provide accurate sizings of the products. If you’re not sure, email me on solefeather(at)hotmail.com and I can send you measurements of the garment (chest, waist, hips, length etc). Despite this option, it may mean that sometimes, you may still buy something that doesn’t quite fit you the way you’d like. That’s ok and definitely not your fault. Just email me to let me know you will need to return it and I will advise where to send it (or arrange for pick up). If you do have to return via post, so long as you send it back within 14 days of receiving it and in the same condition it arrived in, I’ll also refund you the cost of return postage (by normal mail).  If you’d prefer a ‘store credit’ with the payment cost and postage costs, that can also be arranged.

I also understand that sometimes, people just change their minds, or perhaps it just doesn’t go with what you thought it would. Again, no problems so long as you email me on solefeather(at)hotmail.com (so that I can arrange a pick up if possible, or provide you with return postage details). Please note that ‘in the same condition it arrived in’ is an important part of the refund policy, as it is offered in anticipation that returns can be re-offered for sale. While I am happy to give the benefit of doubt to all of my amazing customers, karma will catch anyone who tries to return products after they have worn them to a festival/doof even if I don’t. And who needs bad karma, right?
